Welcome to OlhóCão! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our services, including pet hotel, grooming, training, and leisure activities ("Services"). By booking or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
- All animals must be up to date with vaccinations (including rabies, distemper and others required by law).
- The owner must present proof of vaccination before service is provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse aggressive or sick animals.
Bookings and Cancellations
- All services require prior booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Refunds will be made by bank transfer.
- No-shows may result in full service charge.
Health and Safety
- We take all precautions to ensure your pet's safety, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or injuries resulting from them.
- In case of emergency, we will contact the owner and, if necessary, seek veterinary assistance. Veterinary costs are the owner's responsibility.
Grooming and Training
- Grooming sessions may take longer depending on coat type and animal behavior. We will never force or stress your animal.
- Training results vary according to the animal's behavior and the owner's follow-through; we do not guarantee specific results.
Liability
- We are not responsible for loss, injury or death resulting from unforeseen incidents, natural causes or phenomena beyond our control.
- The owner is responsible for any damage or injury caused by their animal during the stay or use of services.
Photos and Videos
- We may take photos or videos of your pet for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not authorize the use of your pet's images.
Payments
- Payment is made at the time of delivery or after service, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept debit or credit card.
Acceptance
- By using our services, you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms and that all information provided about your animal is true and complete.
